Thursday, May 4th at Noon - Sunday, May 7th 4:00 PM
Give yourself the gift of rejuvenation. Join us for a weekend of spiritual renewal as we gather in a safe and sacred space for exploration, growth and healing. The weekend’s programs are designed for deep self care, like giving yourself the biggest hug. As we gather in circle and work with our dreams, our creative expression and our stillness, we are gently guided back to ourselves.
A Weekend of Renewal
This weekend is dedicated to allowing your intuitive and creative genius the space to flow. Workshops are designed for the free flow of inspiration. This is a space where inner and outer critics are silenced. We are expressing for the joy of the process and not for the approval of society. This retreat is a time to allow the authenitc spirit within us to shine. Â
Retreat Accommodations and Cost Break-outs
Founded in 1956, Four Springs has become a sacred space for personal healing and inner work, and has served as a home for retreats and seminars in religion, psychology and spirituality for over 50 years. It sits on 280 acres of woods, surrounded by creeks, springs, open fields and mountains. This beautiful property includes wooden cabins, art and meditation buildings, spring water pool, meadows, grape arbor, hidden sauna, paths and hiking trails all creating a sanctuary very removed from daily distractions.
Â
The retreat begins Thursday at noon - we will gather for lunch and experience a wonderful afternoon of creativity and healing. The retreat ends on Sunday at 4:00 PM. If you are traveling far, or if you'd like to stay an extra night, Sunday evening is available for lodging at an additional charge. Let us know if you'd like to stay an extra night.
This year's menu will be expanded and more robust. It will focus on being healthful, hearty and plentiful and will feature vegan and gluten-free dishes to fuel our bodies in healthy, supportive ways. We will offer menu extensions - meat dishes and protein offerings will be offered at an extra cost for those who have need of exta protein or other nutritional issues.
In addition to the many workshops and group sessions - there will be a full menu of additional healers. Prior to the retreat we will issue an ala carte menu of available healing sessions offered at additional cost. Those sessions include: Massage, Muscle Activation Technique, Reflexology/Solelation, Hypnotherapy, Sound Healing, and more.
The Spirit Renewal Retreat was inspiring and relaxing. The schedule was flexible with plenty of time for creative pursuits, solitude in the beautiful surroundings, and group activities with warm and interesting women. The retreat leadership was wonderful, supportive, and friendly. I can't wait for the next one!Â
- Patricia Robinson, 2016
This retreat was a pivotal turning point in my personal growth and healing. My sessions with the healer have made a huge difference in my health treatment. It was such a joy to be among this group of women. This time really opened me up in ways that have blocked to me for so long. I think that this retreat and my sessions with the healer are actually extending my life.
